First create a NEW Support Ticket, then:

Please provide the following:

1. Your Student Number.

2. Your Name.

3. Previous IWeb TEFL Support Ticket Number.

4. The payment method used when you registered.

5. The last 4 digits of the credit card number used, for PayPal the e-mail address that was used.

6. The e-mail address that you used to register.

7. The new e-mail address you wish to change it to.

Please note without the above information, we would not be able to change / update your personal information.

Upon successful verification of the above, we will update you with the results.
